The name "Albergue Acuario" (Aquarium Hostel) is because it was founded for reasons of personal growth. "Aquarius" is the New Age in which we live, one Spiritual Age of inner search, transparency and consistency with your own self.
It is the perfect place to reflect the experiences of the Camino. Now that you've reached the goal it's time to reflect on them, share what you think is appropiate and build the necessary platform for decision making and gain enough power to make changes in your life.
You can feel the energy of love and protection in every corner as you open the door. We created our Albergue with the spirit of growth, understanding, peace and harmony. We staff -management, the hospitaleros and volunteers- are here to encourage this environment of growth, understanding, peace and harmony.
We've already been open for seven years. We have had the pleasure to meet thousands of pilgrims, many of which come from time to time, some even -"the most daring "- every year. Our guests have usually found our hostel by word of mouth, as the most repeated phrase among our pilgrims is: "I feel at home".
